No broadband

Anybody else WiFi not been working since around 6am? Contacted EE and been told it’s a fault outside but yet the same issue has happened 4x now and only been with EE 1.5months.

Welcome to the Community. 

If it's an external fault, then this will be something that requires Openreach to assist with, so likely lies with the line or cabinet. 

I can imagine it must be really frustrating if this has happened a few times now, though. 

If you do experience outages like this, you should be automatically compensated if there's a total loss of service.
