Resolved! Cable endpoint

EE TV pro box poor wifi

I am unable to connect my TV box using WiFi. It says poor signal. Everything else in the room is fine including the TV which sets next to it. It's only about 6m from the router with no wall in between.This is my second box and both behave the same.
