Resolved! Eufy E340 video doorbell connection problem

I have recently purchased a Eufy E340 video doorbell, but can't seem to connect it to my Smart Hub SH32B.I've tried connecting to the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, but it still won't connect.Has anyone else had the same problem, and have a solution? Thanks

Do ethernet cable devices show up on wifi?

Hi allI've looked at my childrens devices that have connected to the hub. One's devices say wifi 5gh and other child's chromebook says ethernet cable? The laptop is in her room and router downstairs so how is it connected by ethernet?  Many thanks
