We have registered our move which should happen on the 30th. All sorted with contract etc. At the new house we noticed the power cable to the Open Reach equipment was taken by previous owner. I reported this and asked for a new cable to be sent, which I was told and engineer was needed, but can't be booked for day of transfer. Due to unknown timings of the switch, which I understand. I said can it be booked for the 31st then, I was told no. After swap we send a link for a call back to arrange an engineer. Which obviously by then the engineers will all be booked out on jobs. Which there qas no answer, apart from use the call back link. Unfortunately I was talking to a brick wall about arranging the engineer. Also Can my severe deafness be used as a priority call?
