Resolved! Problem ordering Broadband

We ordered EE broadband ages ago and had some issues so it was canceled out, now we want to re sign up it won't let us sign up and says we have an order in process. But we canceled it back in April and had confirmation of it being canceled.

I've been having issues since our upgraded speed. My phone keeps dropping speed by going to 2.4mghz. Sometimes it'll kick back in to 5mghz but sometimes the only way to get it back on is by going into hub manager and turning 2.4mghz off then back on....
