WiFi on Mobile devices slow

When our mobile phones are connected to EE WiFi  in our house they start to buffer and do not stream correctly or very slowly. Any other device will work correctly as long as it does not have a SIM card in it. If we switch WiFi off on our phones they work perfectly. They also work perfectly on other WiFi networks with the SIM cards connected and not our home WiFi network. Has anyone any advice?

@PT26 Is this a recent happening, where devices are not good etc, say 3 months ago everything was working really well then it started to get worse etc, you have a Full Fibre connection going to say that with the FF150 package,,, you are just not giving me much to go on systems wise.

A badly placed hub causes havoc on a wifi system, easy check and NO ONE wants to do it, is turn everything off apart from your two phones, around the Hub area if everything works great your hub is well, then you bring the items on ONE AT a time, one bad network device will pull the whole shebang to bits....

You may also find turning off the Free wifi that your hub is doing will also help. EE WiFi when you look at the connection.

The reason i asked for the Mobile Data to be turned off, was then the mobiles HAVE to attach on the EE Hub if they become real unstable and cannot keep connected to the wifi that would point let's start to look if using EE's Compatible Network feature for the mobiles. Or do you just need to get a EE Smart Wireless Extender to BOOST the wifi signal. Mobile Data on the phone may decide to flip over to 4G but looking at your phone signal strength does not look like that is a happening move.... WiFi calling can also cause stability mobile wise, although on my system that would be a MAJOR disaster as mobile is just so poor.....

@PT26 Not sure of the EE wifi ssid that your hub is will be something like EE-123456 etc, the ssid EE WiFi YOU DO NOT want to be using that one at all, it's the FREE wifi transmitting for any EE customer to connect to when in range off your hub.

The more your posting is looked at with the responses from you Mobiles are great on any wifi connection until you meet up with that EE hub..... The low speed test at 43Mb/s down suggest that the mobile connected on the 2.4Ghz band which is the slower band but further distance push from the EE Hub if it is working well.
