Landline voicemail

Advice suggests that calling EE, you can get voicemail turned offreality suggests it’s impossibleto me solution simple give customer option to set rings to say 25, currently highest is 10, 25 would in most cases never be reached

Changed from bt broadband to ee. Got new router from ee then had a letter stating to return the router. Now had letter from bt asking g foe return of their router any one else had this. Do we need to return the ee router??
