I am totally fed up with EE. The only thing they do with any proficiency is raise prices and billing. I am having to restart Internet connection at least 3 times a day. Since they sent me a new router, it has all gone wrong. Lost landline connection on phoneline, which I pay for highly. Fed up with EE, they are not all that. Forget contracts, they are in the wrong.

Cancelling your Direct Debit will only harm your credit file and EE will continue to generate bills. You need to raise this with them first and give them the opportunity to fix it or offer a satisfactory resolution, and if unresolved you can request a deadlock letter which can be used to escalate to EE's ADR provider (Ombudsman) in line with EE's Complaints Code of Practice.

I have totally had enough of EE. I'm cancelling DD and they better not threaten me with anything. They have ruined Wimbledon weekend and all tv watching. They are useless and a disgrace. Time to change provider and ee needn't come to me with break of contract. They broke their service contract.
