Hi all.
Im trying to test my broadband speed,i go onto the router page by typing in the 192... number and when i click test my speed it tells me ti create a ee i.d and re directs ne to the app. I already have the app. When i type in speed test in that it says to click Broadband, manage and then the hub tile. Problem is there isnt a hub tile ! Any help appreciated.

Is yours the Desktop app or is it on a Apple device as mine looks nothing like it. Newest version on Android.

There isn't a Desktop app. It's an app for Android or iPhone.

@MikeN73 Android and version 5.52.1 and i think that is the latest updated on Dec 11th.

Thanks. Yeah that's my latest one. Absolutely 0 way of running the speed test via the app. The assistant in my local EE store said it's recommended to use a independent Speed checker anyway.

Yep. Absolutely 0 way of checking tue speed on my app. Just kept going in circles (sign in etc) and then nothing works. I was with BT before and had no issues checking the speed on my home hub app.

Thank you. Ive been on the phone to EE who said my wifi was set to a slower speed and they put it onto the faster one (Hz) . Your speed checker confirms that .
