Hi all.
Im trying to test my broadband speed,i go onto the router page by typing in the 192... number and when i click test my speed it tells me ti create a ee i.d and re directs ne to the app. I already have the app. When i type in speed test in that it says to click Broadband, manage and then the hub tile. Problem is there isnt a hub tile ! Any help appreciated.

Thank you. Ive been on the phone to EE who said my wifi was set to a slower speed and they put it onto the faster one (Hz) . Your speed checker confirms that .

@MikeN73 Then just use one of the independent speed test programs as advised in threads above if you do not see it in the app if all you wish to know what your currently are getting.

Try instead a wired speedtest preferably here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.

I've done a wired speed test via my xbsx and alls good by why doesnt the app allow you to check like it says you can ?
