Hi all
recently upgraded to full fibre 900.
I was expecting the smart hub plus but received smart router. I’m wondering if there is any difference at all?
also when should I expect my speeds to improve? Ordered 900mbps but currently averaging 275 in the first 24 hours
Thanks

Main diff is SH+ supports WiFi-6, SR WiFi-5.
SH+ has many features dumbed out or only configurable by EE app.

Usually you get what you paid for straight away. Your measuring device phone tv etc. is probably the limiting factor. A good check is to do multiple speed test at same time. Especially if you have a wired pc. Your question about the hub is interesting. Smart hub plus is what they tell you you will get and smart hub 2 is what they actually post to you - hope you sent it back.
