I have a 1G service FTTP with the smart hub pro and generally it is working.
looking through all the settings I have an issue on IPv6. The hub status is enabled but the IPv6 network status is disabled
I cannot find a method of enabling it and the guide I spoke to said it was done in the router hub manager. I can’t find any method of enabling it. I have looked through the community and cannot find an answer,
Should this be enabled and if so how do I do it?

@Iansuart your pic shows IP6 enabled and also shows IP6 addresses.
What is it that you think is not working?

@Iansuart IPV6 was working fine operational wise with the Plus router, unfortunate i no longer have one and do not have a screen capture but if anywhere would be in the Configuration tab, and reporting what on the router may not be 100% accurate, Have a look on a device to see, also network devices tab i think shows IPV6 IP assigned somewhere under Your Address Table entries.

This looks ok but not sure why I get the IPv6 network disabled and the 2 n/a below it. Suggests something not correct

Likely just an aesthetic issue if you're getting (near) full marks on the website test. The latter is pretty conclusive proof that you have working IPv6 routing.
You can also try visiting the site here, which is hosted on an IPv6 only server. The only way you can connect to it is if you have working IPv6.
Don't suppose a reboot of the hub changes things for the better?

Yep, if you can get to the little Zen game then you can be pretty certain your IPv6 *is* working, regardless of what the EE hub is telling you.

- BT Smart Hub 2 & 5 WiFi Extenders on EE Broadband in Broadband & Landline
- Smart Hub Plus - Fibre installation in Broadband & Landline
- 5G Smart Hub lights no longer work (but Hub is working okay) in Mobile Broadband
- 5G Smart Hub - connection keeps dropping, ping shows 3.9% packet loss in Mobile Broadband
- Router running on 4g, no broadband in Broadband & Landline
