I'm currently using EE's 1Gv service, and so have a Smart Hub Plus.
I note that EE is now providing the Smart Hub Pro with Full Fibre services.
Anyone upgraded? Is it significantly better? Worth the upgrade if £10 per month for the rest of my contract?

@GCWood Are you being offered it for the remainder of your current contract? I’ll be surprised if you are. You need to double check it’s not a new contract term as you’re already in a contract until the minimum term date.

For the rest of the contract. But that's not really the issue here: I am curious about whether or not users who have switched are finding any real world benefit.

I would say only if you've got devices which are Wi-Fi 6e or Wi-Fi 7 compatible, as this allows the additional 6GHz frequency to be used which can reduce latency and is less prone to congestion.
I also noticed the coverage area to be slightly better, but your mileage may vary dependent on the construction of your home and placement of the router.

@Matt_124 Thanks mate.
Did you have to pay for the upgrade (I think it's £10/month)? Is the difference worth the cost, if so? I do have some WiFi 7 devices, but my main machine is connected by ethernet. Is the user interface of the hub faster on the Pro? It's painfully slow on the Plus!
