No access to Hub Manager (192.168.1.254)

I can't access the hub manager.

Does not matter if it on my phone, iPad or PC. Safari, Chrome, Edge and Mozilla all have the same result and as usual EE tech support is clueless and advised me to search for a solution here.

I have the EE 5G smart hub. I can access 192.168.1.1 but not 192.168.1.254, uness you just can't do it on the 5G hub but I would have expected EE tech support to know that...

Only the gateway for EE's fixed Home BB routers is http://192.168.1.254/. So unless you've got 1 of those you can't get to it. Your mobile router's gateway is http://192.168.1.1/

Yes, I too, would have expected EE CS to know that & quote it off the top of their heads. I'm shocked that they didn't!
