Smart pro WiFi box when connected to ethernet

Hi, I have Smart pro hub and 3 WiFi extenders. I have 1 of the extenders connected via Ethernet to my sky Q main box. This extender now never shows any WiFi connections or shows the Ethernet connection either on the network app or browser app.. so when you connect via Ethernet does that turn off WiFi capability?

thanks in advance

No, it doesn't, I'm using wired backhaul and Wi-Fi from the extender works fine. I've seen reports round these parts of the network map views behaving oddly when you have something plugged into the second LAN port on a Pro extender though, so maybe that's what you're seeing?

Worth powering it off/back on if you haven't already.

Another test might be to take a Wi-Fi device next to the extender and toggle the Wi-Fi off/back on and see if it associates with the extender. Depending on where your main hub/other extenders are, you should be able to get a feel for whether or not it's doing this by the strength of the signal bars etc. on the Wi-Fi device.
