please please can EE check their customer faults log for this area (Hatch Warren, Basingstoke) as there have been issues reported since last Thursday but nobody seem to be joining the dots i.e numerous engineer visits being arranged. I am being sent a new modem ! lol Clearly an issue for many many people

@BigG70 have you checked to see if EE or BT are aware of an issue in your area?
If so it will be shown here - https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status
If not, like every other ISP, they rely on people reporting faults, not looking on social media for people complaining - that really is not how it works. Please do follow the Help pages and get a fault reported, internal processes will kick in and incident management will join the dots.

@BigG70 , this is not customer service, this is a public forum, we have no account access and do not know who you are.

So EE don’t monitor their own community? Really? Don’t need to know who I am or my account as the fault is widespread and just needs someone from EE to look at the link. Contact numbers are useless as nobody is seeing the bigger picture and numerous engineers being booked in for individual appointments. Will escalate via another forum then

EE staff do monitor this forum and respond accordingly, but it's not part of the fault reporting process.
I'm not sure that any forum is part of EE's fault process.
