Literally the worst internet imaginable. Constant buffering, lagging and getting half the guaranteed speed, when rang up and told about it they say all is fine when it really, really isnt. Ive literally turned to doing nothing at my house as i cant game anything, watch anything or download anything as it takes hours upon hours, ive spent over £3k on my pc to not even be able to use it, thanks EE/BT im glad im paying the same for 30Mbps as my friends are for ≈400Mbps, my biggest problem is i cant change provider as we are waiting for the house to sell so getting a new contract seems a waste, any one got any ideas on what to do? Sorry to be so negative but its been like this back and forth for half a year ish

@Sleepy_cat    so lets start at the beginning. What broadband service do you have, which router, and what speeds are you getting over a wired ethernet connection?

Then what can you get - use the phone number if you have one, otherwise choose the address tab, enter your postcode, then your address from the dropdown from the BTW DSL checker? https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL   Make sure you hide your phone no/address and use the desktop version and include the text below the table.
