Smart Hub Plus and WiFI Disc

I recently upgraded to EE full Fibre and got the new Smart Hub Plus. The person on the phone was 100% certain my white EE wifi extender discs will be compatible with the new Hub plus.

I've tried everything and they won't connect at all.

Before I post this Hub back and cancel my service all together, are they actually compatible?

@Butts55 As indicated the BT Black complete wifi disk's only work with the BT Smarthub2 router, and as you had them supplied by your IT firm, your choice would be to put the BT router back onto the EE service as it will work and continue to use your whole original system as was. If you require to upgrade to the New EE Smarthub+ then it will require the Smart Wi-Fi disks to match that particular router. Model is the SW30A smart wi-fi disk to match the SH31B router. HTH
