I have recently joined EE and I’ve gone for the Wi-Fi (white) router and Wi-Fi extenders. I have followed the instructions for connecting the Smart Wi-Fi pro devices but none of them connect to the Smart Hub Pro router.
does anyone have any suggestions how I can fix this? I have reset both devices back to factory settings. I have tried a different device (I have 3) but the result is the same, after about 75 seconds, the extender flashes orange and never connects to the router.

@MissingBT Follow the link but just leave longer to do any updates, who knows what you have got or where it is at.

Have you connected them by Ethernet to start with? Then wait about an hour before moving the Extender to where you want it.
