For no apparent reason my Norton Cyber Security has gone offline and states the facility has expired. My EE Account confirms this facility should be available. Spoke to the helpdesk but they state they can only contact Norton and it is not clear when this issue might be resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Is it working any better this morning for you? Have you tried restarting your router?
