Service suspension broadband payment plan in place

Hello,

Is it normal for a suspension to be put in place whilst on a payment plan?

I have just lost all connection and the system is forcing me to clear the bill yet I do have a plan in place that enables me to not be restricted.

Thanks,

Hey,

Thanks for your reply, I should have clarified my first payment amount was the 26th November, that was my mistake.

Any ideas what to do?

Thanks,

@Cluckys Not getting restricted, would not have thought there was ever anything such! See you have the 26th November that is still 10 day's away, so you may be best to find a method to get to EE CS as per @XRaySpeX pointer!

Hey,

Sorry, was up at 8, called CS and they explained the day I setup the payment plan being a Friday, the chap on the phone said the team who sort it all out doesn't work on weekends really but luckily he was a Payment Support Specialist who was able to lift the restriction, raise a complaint on my behalf and I agreed to the full payment on the 18th, he lifted the restriction with no charges to apologise for the error.

This topic can now be closed if needs be!

Thanks 😄
