Broadband service suspended, had not noticed been returned to my bank. My bill has now been paid, however I am trying to speak to an actual human. As every time I call 150 or 0330 numbers it keeps wanting me to pay the amount before I can select another option.
Any idea how to bypass, shall I just select another option! And hope the can transfer

Pay for what, the call or your (already paid) bill? Is this before you speak to anyone?
