Cheers.

There are 2 push tabs underneath to loosen it. Didn't it come separate?

Thank you for you answer but I think it is for a different product.

There are no push tabs underneath.  Only a rubber pad for where the disc sits on the desk.  And no, the stand did not come separate, it was attached when opened.  There is a hole at the back to wall mount and to do that I need to remove the stand.

Hi @Almamay5

Thanks for coming here.

Which WiFi Smart Disc do you have?

Leanne 🙂

If it is OK, I will post photos as I'm dyslexic and not sure where to find the type of disc that I have.

Ah, OK! Mine is the rectangular Smart WiFi | Home WiFi Booster , not a disk.

Hi @Almamay5

If the stand is fixed to the disc as far as I am aware, this would not be removable.

Leanne.

Thank you for the information.

This is poorly designed.  Why put legs that are not removable and a place for fixing on the wall?  My problem is that for this disc to communicate with my garden office disc I must mount it on the wall and not place it on a counter.

I see @Almamay5

If you have a chat with our broadband guides they may be able to help you with this and see what can be done.

Leanne.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I have the same discs and also want to know how to remove the stand so I can use the wall mounting hole in the back. I agree it seems ill designed if the stand is fixed!
