Re: Link broadband/my ee app

EE have suggested I make another account with my husbands email address as our old BT account was in his name and I was trying to access my EE account on my app which is registered to ME …. So I’ve got 3 family phone accounts on my app and have to access the new EE broadband on my husbands account ( if it works) I haven’t bothered setting it up yet 😬

Hi @Tod12345

Thanks for coming here.

Do you have a new EE Broadband account?

Are you using the account number or landline number to link the account?

Leanne 🙂

I'm trying to link my broadband and mobile account too. I keep getting an error code at the vital page. My mobile account is linked to my email address, and although I pay the broadband bill and it's my name, it's my mums email address for the broadband account. I now need to have them both on my email address. Is there an error? I tried yesterday and today, both via the app, and via the website.

                "message" : "QuotaViolation"

Hi xRaySpeX — thanks for the reply, don't know if its just me but the plans and subs is just telling me the service isnt working right now? Is this a new feature still to be launched or is it down?
