Broadband bill

Can someone please explain to me why my broadband bill has gone upto nearly £40 . There is only me in the house and I don't use a lot . I think this is ridiculous.Sorry, and thankyou.

I’m looking for new sim deal for three of my phones  found loads online for around £5 but no where near with EE WHY is this as can’t afford the current costs , luckily my contract is ending?!

Text and calls different numbers

Hi I ported my number on 17th  to an iPhone 16e. It took 2 attempts and now my number is correct on calls but the sim number on text! My correct number will return message failure for texts but can answer calls !
