Unless there is a specific reason for an urgent install (eg vulnerable person) you will have to go through the order process just like anyone else.

We are in 24 February,my installation it was  on 21 February im still waiting for install as the engineer said about cable to be changed as he couldn't connect on previous socket.

Which EE BB plan have you ordered including its speed?
