Book engineer to install ONT

I would like to book an appointment with an engineer to come and install an ONT box for my wifi.

Have you ordered BB from EE? EE don't arrange just installing ONTs w/out an order after which they will arrange an installation date when the eng. will attend. Have you been given a "go live" date? If not, I should chase CS.
