I think my DLM has been restricted?
For the last week my home Wi-Fi speeds have been painfully slow. My speed guarantee is 60mbps download and 20mbps upload. However I am receiving around 1-2mbps download and 3mbps upload. My upstream is currently 3.12mbps. as displayed on my routers admin page, and my downstream is 19.71mbps. I’m not achieving either and it doesn’t matter as it’s nowhere near what it should be anyway! I’ve requested a visit from an engineer already but I doubt they’ll be able to find anything wrong apart from maybe some noise from the green box outside? My guess is they’ll just request a DLM reset…
My DLS search results:

@BandedCrusaider While the picture is waiting to be cleared, what EE/BT router do you have?

it’s a smart hub plus
I should mention that over the course of the week, I have rebooted my router maybe 2-3 times. Hence why I think my connection may be reduced?
my smart hub plus is connected directly into the master socket via an Ethernet cable.

@BandedCrusaider How long has the slow speed issue been happening, can you also check the web manager to see what the current version of FW that your router is running. Latest is mentioned just below.
FW: r2.68.18-R-1303195-PROD-83002 and the gui is at App version 2.36.4. 11/02/2025

@BandedCrusaider can you also post the router technical log info tab?
Sounds like you have a very dodgy line and will need more than a DLM reset.

@BandedCrusaider Your first pic got rejected as it had personal info on it.
An ethernet cable will not fit the router DSL post, hopefully your are using an RJ11 cable.

Sorry I forget they’re not the same - yes it’s an RJ11.

@BandedCrusaider Can you do an Ethernet connected speed test to see what it is like?

Its not the firmware @JimM11 just seen the line speed it is shocking.
Edit it may be that as well, but needs line reporting and sorting.
