I think my DLM has been restricted?
For the last week my home Wi-Fi speeds have been painfully slow. My speed guarantee is 60mbps download and 20mbps upload. However I am receiving around 1-2mbps download and 3mbps upload. My upstream is currently 3.12mbps. as displayed on my routers admin page, and my downstream is 19.71mbps. I’m not achieving either and it doesn’t matter as it’s nowhere near what it should be anyway! I’ve requested a visit from an engineer already but I doubt they’ll be able to find anything wrong apart from maybe some noise from the green box outside? My guess is they’ll just request a DLM reset…
My DLS search results:

No, underneath it just displays MAIN WI-FI and then my network details such as name and channels.
I can show you a speed test I did:
As for doing a wired connection test - I probably could for the sake of troubleshooting. However, I doubt that would change much considering it’s mainly a wireless connection I use and judging by the speed results, I’m uncertain using an Ethernet cable will do anything.

@BandedCrusaider OK no worries, the older routers are a lot more helpful!
You really need to speak to CS, and as you say, get an engineer out to look at your line. They should be able to test and see the problem.
Good luck.

@BandedCrusaider Not sure, your tech log is showing 19.7 up and 3 down, but your speed test is showing 3 down and 17 up,!

Locate the hidden test socket that is revealed when you remove the bottom half of the split faceplate (2 screws or press tabs) of your master socket. Only do this if you have a split faceplate. Do you have any extension sockets in the home even if unused? Are there any wires connected to back of faceplate of master socket?
Only if you have an active landline, try the BT Quiet Line Test (QLT), dial 17070 Opt 2, preferably with a corded phone, in the test socket with the router disconnected. If there is any noise, report it to your landline provider as a voice fault (don't mention Broadband). Often sorting out voice faults will fix the Broadband as well.
Reboot the router & plug it into the test socket using a DSL dangly micro-filter. Post the full router stats & System Uptime when plugged into test socket.
Is the issue any better?

FYI:
- Unhelpfully the SH+ does not report Noise Margins & Attenuations when on DSL.
- No point in speedtests. We already know it is syncing v. low.

@XRaySpeX Wonder what EE would have to say about the non wired FF500 connection.
EE Smarthub+ SH31B on FF500
And below earlier with Ethernet connected trying to track wireless issue.
