RE BT ENGINEER

Hi there,

I was looking at BT's website and it clearly states, that if a BT engineer has to come out and sort my phone line, then its to be done through my provider EE.

The EE engineer stated that I had to contact BT, myself.

Again, im moaning, with good reason. Both companies are conflicted with one another and it better get sorted ASAP,  because my broadband is at 80 and reaches to a maximum of 180mbs.

Im on the pro 900mbs plan, so this is appalling . It's like waiting 5 minutes to open a page.

Now, can someone organise a BT engineer, before I burst a blood vessel.

Once again, no one knows what the other company is doing. Now please organise me with an engineer.

Obviously, I can not leave personal details, but could ypu phone me tomorrow as you have my details,  appreciated.

**** *******.

[Mod edit: Please do not post personal information on the public board. Thanks!]

@Jvuitton1980   no one is going to phone you, this is a public forum and no one has access to your account or knows who you are.

Who do you pay for your voice service and is you phone connected via your telephone socket or the router?

Why were you looking at BT's website? Are you a BT customer? For what? If it's for your landline you need to contact BT, nevermind if your BB is with EE.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@Jvuitton1980 With all the posting and complaints issue that you have been doing it is not surprising that you may be having somewhat off a difficult time.

As you report that you have a FF 900 feed, then if your copper is dead and you are only on Fibre, your landline and broadband service is/are both supplied by EE your phone for landline is plugged into the back off the Router, then EE is your point off contact. The contact link will be below. You if having a mobile registered that EE know off and is linked to the account and you can get the text messages out should use the HELP or PHONE to the 66033 number. EE or BT Guide will call back and you will see either registered on the mobile as call indication.

If you have nothing at all with BT for service then do not even bother with that in the slightest.....

Contact Us | Help & Support | EE and just use the link option you need.
