Poor tv reception

I have sky glass and was previously on Bt internet.   That was great.  I’m now on ee although I didn’t ask to be.   The service is absolutely awful.  The tv freezes and the definition is appalling.   Any ideas ?

@0306daveb Are you still using the BT hub for the broadband connection on EE?

Yes. The EE hub was terrible.
