We’re told an engineer was meant to come Friday 8-10 today. No confirmation, no text. Just talking to someone called Amy who has no idea and keeps apologising and wants to pass it on to her manager!!!
We have had the issue since we got connected with EE -21/1/25!! I’ve paid £70+ per month for this with literally no service!!!
why run a service when you obviously cannot run one!
