Can I get a second WiFi extender?

I am a SmartWiFi Plus customer and they guarantee you should be able to get internet everywhere in the house. But I can't get it in the back of the house (I have stone walls). Do you think they would let me have a second extender unit?

that's good to hear. Thanks. Do you know how I get in touch with them about that? Websites these days never have phone numbers or email addresses for support!

Thanks. I did look there, but couldn't see a phone number. Only a number to SMS if your broadband is down (but mine isn't)

@StuartTT From your mobile, and if EE know about that number text GUIDE to 66033, they should call you back.
