I am a SmartWiFi Plus customer and they guarantee you should be able to get internet everywhere in the house. But I can't get it in the back of the house (I have stone walls). Do you think they would let me have a second extender unit?

I don't have an EE mobile.
I did eventually get a human, but their system shouldn't assume there is a fault with the service and give you no other options.
It automatically tests the line, then reboots your hub before actually asking what you are calling about!
They need to add an option "or are you calling about something else?"

@StuartTT Does not have to be an EE mobile, as long as the text is not blocked when sending. Did you do a 150 call direct via a landline?
