Just ordered EE full fibre- I am now receiving messages asking me to switch my BT hub on - I have no BT hub, I have no hub at all, do I need one? When I signed up no mention was made of needing to be a BT customer or needing a hub. Will a hub be delivered?

@Martin15313 have you just moved into a new property?
Are they referring to the Openreach ONT? Rather than a BT Hub?

You've just ordered EE Full Fibre. Has it been installed yet? Has a hole been drilled thro' an outside wall & a box , the ONT, been affixed on the inside? Nowt can happen until that's installed.
