Has anyone come up with a solution to the voicemail issues on their landline.
i have spoken to EE on numerous occasions about there being no indication that I have a voicemail. The dialling tone is continuous and the base unit of my Panasonic does not show that I have any messages.
i changed the number of rings on my phone and get asked to leave a message after the tone but still nothing is recorded on the phone.
The suggestion from EE is to check 1571 for messages which is impractical or buy a new phone!
I have complained to EE explaining that through no fault of my own I am unable to use the voicemail service I contracted to and asked them to provide a new phone..
Any help with a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Mally23.
Thanks for coming here.
Have you previously been able to access voicemails on your phone?
Speak soon,

Everything worked fine until I transferred to EE from BT and had a new hub fitted.

Hi @Mally23
Did you switch to EE recently? It can take a few days for things to come into place, but if this has been fitted for a while now, I'd expect you to have no issues with your voicemail.
When speaking with our team over the phone, did they take you through some steps to try and get this sorted?
