Since switching to EE I have found that the quality when using Teams is not great - buffers on video calls and freezes. Other colleagues who are with EE have the same issue. Fine on all other platforms - WhatsApp etc. Are EE aware of this?

@JimM11 Thats my worry. I was on Sky before the EE switch and had no issues there but again I assumed these all use the same cabinet, it's the same cable going to my house.

@Chris674 - moving to BT wouldn't change the external/Openreach routing significantly. It would involve your hub being swapped out for a Smart Hub 2 though that I don't believe would be impacted the same way.

If it's not too late, it would probably be less hassle for you to pick up a Smart Hub 2 on everybody's favourite auction site as that would yield the same outcome and avoid all the hassle of switching ISP.

March 2026 just switched to EE and teams not working for me - my video freezing for others. works fine on another internet connection and my 5g phone hotspot. Totally unacceptable.

@CDC7 You either have to try the options as suggested, if none work then return to your previous ISP.

@jonathan_c This guy has got the answer. It's the Intel Connectivity Performance Suite.

I turned off prioritisation in the advanced settings, which resolved the issue.
