Is this right that you cannot connect with EE broadband by chat or email? Your only option is to pick up the phone and ring them?? I can't believe this is true, one of the largest telecommunications company in the 21st century only offers customers the old dog and bone? Well I'm screwed mental health causes me server issues in phoning anyone. I would never have joined ee if I had known this

Yes and it can take up to an hour before someone answers your call.

Some may also look at your social media for talking points when they try and slip a sale.

Without calling them you won't get help and if you are paying for a service that isn't working for you then you owe it to yourself to correct that.

The people on the phones are very friendly and they talk to all sorts of people every day you got nothing to worry about in regards to calling them.
