Purchased the 4g WiFi as EE mentioned I will get 40/50 mbps since I live in an area of east London that doesn't have fibre capability.
I thought that would be the solution till fibre broadband is available but I am not going to lie, the constant disconnection and being unable to even connect to the Internet is making me want to leave ee. I get messages such as 'unable to find IP address' and 'DNS could not be found'. I called EE numerous times and still I could not fix it.
Seriously at this rate, I'm going to cancel the contract since I can't use it and get on fixed copper broadband. If you're looking to purchase the 4g smart hub, I genuinely recommend you do your research before committing to a contract.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with the router, did the team raise a complaint when you called?
Do you have any other devices with us that are also having trouble?
