Is ee Customer Service ~ RUBBISH or just RUBBISH?
Been trying to get my package corrected having had it reduced from Fibre 67 Essentials to Fibre 36 Essentials for some reason unknown to me? Only had the service start on 23rd May this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Called all the phone numbers I can find and just keep getting fobbed off, payment outstanding, there's a note on your account that won't let us change it....................................
The UKs best provider for 10 years? RIGHT I THINK NOT!!!
Has anyone any ideas what I can do next?
