Rubbish connection

I moved into my new home in March and went with EE for broadband. Had issues with engineer installing at the beginning which was a put off. Now modem working but only fibre connection in the house is in my daughters bedroom. My living room at other end of the house and can’t watch Netflix or Disney plus on my t.v Without me having to constantly restart my tv from the wall and reloading it. I check the modem and all 3 lights r on and when I check connection on the app the connection is supposedly good? But even in living room our phones disconnect from wifi as well? Think I need some sort of booster or do I just shop elsewhere for a better connecting company? X

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
