Broadband not connecting on app to view bills etc

I have been told if I go to help then message us but I do not have that option. When I phone 150 the do not give me an option I need to I am stuck

@Yerlett , several of us seem to have lost the message us in the app, not sure why and we have reported it.

When you phone customer service just press option 2 and you should get through to one of the guides, who should be able to help.
