I am a new EE customer with a 24 month sim only deal. How do I link my BT Broadband account to get 10% discount on my mobile bill. The salesman in store could not do it when I took out my EE account and I have been going round in circles online ever since. TIA

@johnt99 : The 10% off your EE mobile plan is an exclusive offer to EE BB custs, not for BT BB.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@AJR23221 : You should get a 10% discount on your EE mobile plan provided you took up BT BB after 01/12/20 - see BT and EE Special Discount for new BT and EE households :
Eligible Customers can link their BT account to a selected pay monthly EE mobile number registered at the same address as their BT service to claim 10% off the monthly price of the registered EE plan.
These terms post-date this original thread.

Hi there @AJR23221
Thanks for coming to the community 🙂
If you are eligible for the offer, please give us a call on 150 from your EE mobile and the team will get this looked into for you.

I've been going round in circles as well. No one from EE or BT seem able to help... Also still waiting for my e-gift card which I'm now suspecting was promised just to sell me a contract..

Hello @Stevefos.
What was been advised when you spoke with our customer care team regarding the link?
I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your pre paid card. Has it been 30 days since taking out your contract?
Katie.

nothing in my BT account to show how to link - although I've been told it
can't be linked and that it can be linked?! Link given didn't work so
copied and paste and it's just the general sales site..Have been on EE and
BT chats but no one seems able to tell me how to set it up. Not sure why,
if I'm told I'm eligible for the discount, your guys aren't able to set it
up.
The websites / apps are not informative at all.
I took the contract out mid November and told it would be a month maximum
to get the e card. If it hadn't been pushed so much I wouldn't be asking
about it.
Now you've read this, sit down and have a cup of tea and mince pie.
