@Monique77 So you have the older SH20A version of the EE Hub, and your main Landline Base station is plugged into the back of that EE Hub, is that correct so far?

All your UK calls in/out are working fine, when the International from Germany is calling you that is getting through no issues as well?

Yes , Germany is from a mobile and UK calls do work.
