Has anyone else had trouble actually getting full finer installed? I’ve been trying since 18th Jan and now on install date number 6 and second contract number as EE decided after months just to cancel original order! Now been waiting to get answer on phone about contradicting messages - one with appointment date the other I need to call to make appointment???? both sent within a day. Must have spent hours on calls now…..I thought Talktalk were bad, but think I’ll just stay with them

Honestly I respect your patience as I would have gone elsewhere by now. The delays you describe seem odd.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I am sorry to hear you are still waiting for your Full Fibre to be installed.

It was that bad I nearly stayed with TALKTALK!!
However after yet another 45min call it appears that EE don’t have the power to cone t to a house which has a registered care call number against it, Even though mine is SIM only not tied to phone line or internet. So after months of trying (18th Jan) i was passed through to a lady from BT who has sorted everything and now with them ( hopefully)
But it does leave a bitter taste as why do the phone consultants not know this or do they and get commission for everytime I had to re-apply??? I now also have 2 spare routers I’ve to send back which means bothering my son to take them as I’m house bound.
So in summary ….still TERRIBLE!
