I switched from Gigaclear to EE a week ago to Full Fibre 1.6 Gigabits Premium. I had no issues previously working in my upstairs office and being on Teams calls all day on video, screen sharing and so on. I did have an extra pod to boost the signal previously, though. Now I'm on EE my video either won't appear at all to other Teams call participants, or is very choppy. I'm also unable to screen share. I'm very fed up as I work from home every day and am on calls all day. What can I do?

Quite a few reports coming in of issues with MS Teams. Also

same for me - first day using teams today and it kept freezing. will need to cancel if no fix found

There is way too much information for me to work through above - I'm sorry as I know you're trying to help. I feel quite overwhelmed with it all and I am not sure what to try first.
