@parg Don't see why not, it is an old Tp-Link one now, they may have liked to have seen there own hub on the connection just to verify you had changed over, but if you are happy, do not require any kind off DV Landline in use then just use it, be aware though your TP has reached the End of Life stage with them now. Always a good IDEA to throw the ISP's on, get it all FW updated / working and then put it back in the box, you need EE's help for anything then your TP-Link needs to get off the connection as EE can do nothing for you help wise.
Edit:- do not want to supply you with any bad information, but i suspect as similar possible for you i had the switch 3am sky to EE. did not do the changeover hubs till later that afternoon, but once i did or it may just be pure coincidence got two e-mail's from EE to start and confirm the billing process etc. if you have those you may just worry about nothing then. EE did temp at 3am take over the Sky hub as the wan was assigned and the dns servers also to the EE world.
