Hi
I recently switched to EE Broadband from BT and was disappointed to find that the Hub Manager didn't perform as well as the BT one. It won't allow me to change the names of any of my connected items, it doesn't show the connected WiFi Extender although I am assured that it is connected and working, and it lacks the USB Network facility that I had with the BT Router which I always used extensively and found very useful. Being part of the same organisation as BT someone at EE needs to get themselves organised and sort out these annoying problems.
Eric

@Ewan15 Final question between your two pics, are you wired backhaul or wireless backhaul, just trying to see if another oddity in the web interface. Thanks

@Ewan15 On the status screen your first pic, shows devices on the smart wireless connected to the wireless extender, then on advanced says Ethernet, but i thought you had mentioned you had wired backhaul, so not sure if it was one of those oops, the router on web does display incorrectly. Or when you set the advanced up does it correct and display fine now. Do not use EE smartwifi, have asus AI mesh.

Hi Jim
Yes I have an ethernet cable connected between the Router and the Extender.
The first Screen is what you see without logging in as Admin, the second is as Admin

@Ewan15 Are you not getting what i am saying, Status screen shows 2 extenders, one for wired to the hub, the other for wireless to the hub, on a wired backhaul you would expect the devices to be on the top left extender, unless that is just to show wired ethernet devices that are connected to extenders when you are not using wired backhaul could be with only one ethernet port unless hanging a switch off the smartwireless also works. Not that important!
