Hi
I recently switched to EE Broadband from BT and was disappointed to find that the Hub Manager didn't perform as well as the BT one. It won't allow me to change the names of any of my connected items, it doesn't show the connected WiFi Extender although I am assured that it is connected and working, and it lacks the USB Network facility that I had with the BT Router which I always used extensively and found very useful. Being part of the same organisation as BT someone at EE needs to get themselves organised and sort out these annoying problems.

Welcome to the forum
The Hub Manager will show you the devices connected to your extender. Just just click on the segment you are interested in.
The EE APP gives you more management options than the hub manager

Hi
I would but if you read my post you will see that my WiFi extender isn't visible in the Hub Manager. In fact it says that no extender is present even though EE has checked my service and assures me it is.

@EricG-38 And you can ask EE to send you the home report test if you wish to confirm that it is, the forum is a fountain and if you search you may not always get the return that you expect. And link from yesterday.

Done that. That's how I know it's connected.

Hi Eric
Did you set up the extender using the wizard on the EE App?
If not try running the wizard

@EricG-38 That's not what you wrote in your first post!

@Ewan15 How does the advanced section and selecting wireless then extenders show/play settings wise on the web interface, if you get time to have a look.👍

Hi Jim
It seems to be working as it should, just renamed the Extender
