We have guaranteed 60mpbs Internet but when two of us use the Internet for work it collapses. Which doesnt make sense 60mbps should be more than capable to manage two zoom calls. So clearly something isnt right. Doing speed tests its always between 15 -70 mbps but in reality its not that all. Pages cab take up to 10 secs to load
Ive had them send us boosters which are now ok 3rd floor and bottom floor (router on middle floor). They've looked at our setup on video calls and only suggest raising the height of the router by a few feet. Which i did.
It sounds like its worth leaving EE? Anyone similar situation?
